Our Journey

SIA "D Zug Automobili", founded by Justin Broughton and Peter Koch is the evolution of a life long passion for air-cooled kinetic art. Coming together in 2010 to form D Zug Produkte, devoted to the design and manufacture of performance parts for the classic air-cooled platform. D Zug parts have been featured in countless builds by world renowned tuners and enthusiasts globally. In 2014 The D Zug Produkte line was sold allowing freedom to pursue natural evolution - D Zug Automobili.

FOUNDING OF D Zug Produkte

Our founders began their journey creating performance parts for the classic air-cooled platform. Their products have been featured in several builds by tuning firms and enthusiasts around the world.

2019

The DZ12 Concept is born.

A pivotal moment in our history; during a driving holiday, a long standing idea was revisited. Creating an iconic flat-12. Seeds planted years ago had begun to germinate and set the stage for our commitment to pushing the boundaries.
